Tim is a Métis sculptor based in Regina, Saskatchewan, creating figurative work centered on form, presence, and lived history. His practice combines classical sculptural influence with a contemporary interest in realism, tension, and narrative weight.Through studies, maquettes, portraits, reliefs, and larger sculptural development, he explores how posture, anatomy, clothing, and surface can carry memory and meaning. His process begins with structure: proportion, gesture, armature, and the underlying architecture of the figure. From there, I refine form through repeated observation, revision, and surface development. He is especially interested in how meaning is carried through small decisions, the turn of the head, the tension in a hand, the weight of a step, the fall of cloth, and the pressure of material. He is currently developing new work for exhibition and public art opportunities.
